PL量测是一种非接触、非破坏性量测，利用PL可以检测一般AOI设备所检测不到的Bulk内部缺陷 & 杂质。相较于一般电性量测缺陷，PL 优点是速度快、分辨率高，Bare wafer及Epi后均可检测。
WPH: 300mm wafer map below 10 mints.
