Selling-Ware Co., Ltd. ("Selling-Ware", "we", or "us") provides this website to you subject to these Terms of Use. This website and other Selling-Ware websites linked to or affiliated with it (collectively, the "Site"), together with all information, software, text, images, audio, video, graphics, and other materials and services on the Site (collectively, the "Content"), are intended for the lawful use of Selling-Ware's customers, employees, and members of the general public.

The Site is controlled and operated in whole or in part by Selling-Ware from within the Republic of China (Taiwan). We make no representation that the Content is appropriate or available for use in locations other than Taiwan; those who access the Site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or terminate your access to the Site at any time.

By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation applicable export and re-export control laws regarding the transmission of technical data.

You represent that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself or any party you represent or by whom you are employed, and that such acceptance is binding on that entity. You agree to indemnify and hold Selling-Ware harmless from any liabilities, claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Content is protected in Taiwan and internationally by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. In addition to our rights in individual elements of the Content, we own a copyright in the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the Content.

You are granted permission to access the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of viewing and browsing the Site or ordering services from the Site. This permission terminates automatically if you breach these Terms of Use.

By accessing the Site, you agree that the laws of Taiwan (without regard to conflict-of-laws principles) apply to all matters relating to your use of the Site, and that any litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after it arose, or be forever barred. Section titles are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
