About Optical : Intekplus adopt own development optical module with 2D/3D and PVI function available for any type of packages. The system adopted high performance inspection AOI module without under kill happen.

About Hardware, iPIS360/380 was an In-Tray inspection system to reduce pick/place risking .  Especially, the system is good for small package with higher UPH up to max. 12000 EA /hr.  There is no change over kit requirement for any different packages which cause cost saving by free change over kit and manpower.

Intekplus provided fully automation 4 sites inspection system with 4 sets high performance 2D and PVI module.  The system is manipulating simply without any kits to different kind package running.
