Board of Directors
In accordance with the company's articles of incorporation, the Board currently consists of five directors and two supervisors, each serving a three-year term and eligible for re-election. The company has also purchased liability insurance covering the scope of duties performed by all directors.
The current board's term runs from 114.6.13. to 117.6.12. (R.O.C. calendar).

Board Responsibilities
The Board of Directors is the company's highest governing body, responsible for guiding corporate strategy, overseeing management, and being accountable to shareholders. The primary responsibilities of the Board include:
Approve the company's operating policies and major financial and business actions.
Review and approve annual operating plans and budgets.
Appointment and dismissal of managers, and supervision of their performance of duties.
Establish an effective internal control system and periodically review its effectiveness.
Assess and manage corporate risks, and establish a risk management mechanism.
Ensure company compliance with relevant laws and corporate governance standards.
Safeguard shareholder rights and ensure transparent information disclosure.
Board Diversity & Independence
The company values board diversity. Board composition takes into account gender, age, cultural and educational background, professional experience, skills, and knowledge to enhance the quality of board decision-making. The Board currently includes three independent directors, accounting for one-third of all directors, ensuring the independence and objectivity of board operations.
